Shopping
Here's a list of places that don't mind us coming in to shop. We wanted to make sure that no one would be embarassed, so we've checked them out personally and found them to be very cooperative. We made sure they know that we have special needs. If they weren't polite and courteous, we didn't include them. If you call or go, be sure to tell them you saw them listed here.

Also in the Crossroads Shopping plaza right next to Tabu Lingerie you'll find this nifty shop with some very elegant and often cute styles. The owner,a British lady, is quite open to having you come in, shop around, and try on anything you like; however, most of her sizes don't go higher than 12, so most of us won't find anything to fit. It's still fun to browse though, and she does have some fun jewelry.

I really love this place, but most of the stuff is wayyyy outta my price range. They have some great dresses, tops, skirts, a wide variety of hosiery, and a lot of other things like jewelry and boas. And you're welcome to come in and shop en femme as long as you don't make a spectacle (despite the fact that some the salesgirls might have purple hair.) You won't find a lot of large sizes, but the staff is more than willing to help "girls" like us.
